What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable exercise clothes, in addition to sneakers
How long are appointments?
Typically, appointments are 30 minutes, however, some may be longer. The initial evaluation can take up to 45 minutes.
Is there anything I need to bring?
Please bring your insurance card and any prescription for physical therapy given to you by your doctor.
What should I expect for my first appointment?
The first appointment will include a thorough examination that idenitifies your impairments. The therapist will determine a plan of care, set treatment goals, and begin your path to recovery!
How much will each visit cost?
With the everchanging insurance world, it is impossible to tell you cost of each visit here! From deductibles to copays to coinsurance, patient cost varies from plan to plan. As a courtesy, Symmetry's staff will check your eligibilty and benefits at you initial visit, and estimate what each visit would cost. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to know your insurance plan and any associated costs for treatment.
